“I use this contractor often because the communication is great which is very important. They provide very detailed quotes/reports and always take lots of photos which is essential and really helpful if we need to ask for them. Their prices are usually competitive, standard of works good and if there is ever a problem they will react immediately. They always show an understanding of the issues we can face as the Managing Agent and try to find ways to help.”
